An Interlude is close to Timberline where you can rent bikes, and take a chair lift ride to the top of Cabin Mountain~hike into Dolly Sods.Or hike along the top of the mountain. Walk to the slopes; you can see them from the hottub(but you can't hear them) 1/4 mile by the road, 150 yds if you cut thru~ It is also closer to the other slopes~ CVResort and Whitegrass.

Aspenwoods is about 6-7 miles away. But it is more centralized to state parks for hiking and biking. It is more secluded in a development that isnt a development yet! :-) It is across the street from a private lake for swimming, fishing (Catch&Release), boating, etc You can walk jog or run in the area around the lake. you really cant lose either way.
