Never rented in the past, I recently purchased it and I’ve had the entire contents of the home newly furnished and decorated, as well as all new small appliances, TV's, Surround Sound Stereo system, kitchenware, bedding and linens, full size Maytag Neptune washer and dryer, four bicycles (3 adult, 1 child), VCR, DVD, beach chairs, Nintendo Gamecube with games and other puzzles and games for kids.
The master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, private bathroom and cable TV. Bedroom #2 is equipped with a full size bed and cable TV. Bedroom #3 is equipped with two twin beds. Bedroom #4 is equipped with bunk beds, cable TV and Nintendo Gamecube. All linens, pillows, comforters and towels are provided - as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Centrally located on Marco Island, this property is just minutes to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and all Marco has to offer. Additionally, you are a short walk to Mackle park where there is a walking or rollerblading trail, basketball pavilion, awesome jungle gym for kids, shuffleboard, and my family’s favorite - free pool tables, ping pong and air hockey.
