The apartment is just a couple of minutes from St. Peter's and the Vatican and a short walk to many shopping areas. It is a perfect base for a family wishing to explore the city of Rome. It has two big bedrooms which can accommodate up to 4 people in one and a king size bed in the other. There is a large living room with a dining table and chairs. There is a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with a shower/bathtube.

Kitchen: There is a gas cooker and oven. A kettle, crockery and cutlery as well as pots and pans. You will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Washing Machine
Bathroom(s): There is a washbasin, bidet, toilet and bathtube with shower, the bathroom is brand new. You will also find a hairdryer.
The apartment will be cleaned once a week and linen will be changed then for 40,00 euro/week.
The apartment is in a nice and quiet area, surrounded by restaurants, bars , supermarket and shops.

Undergorun is in a 300 meters from our house: Valle Aurelia Station. A station bus is just round the corner : 20 meters from the bulding.Price start from 800,00 euro/week *Prices quoted are per week/max 5 persons and correct at time of publishing. Please check prices with owner before booking. We can agree on shorter periods with a minimum of 4 nights.

There are bus and train connections from the airports to Rome's main train station, you can then take the metro or a bus to get to the property. Otherwise we can arrange a taxi transfer directly to the flat. We require 40% payment within ten days of booking and the full balance on arrival. Check out is 11 am. Check in from 3 pm. Key pick up must be arranged before arrival.
