Enter the front door and come into a nice size living room, very open feeling and bright that flows into the kitchen. Both rooms have porcelain tiles, along with each bathroom. Kitchen have been redone with corian counter and new cabinets installed along with dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator.

Take one step down into the dining area with doors on both sides of the room to open up and view the backyard out one door and an addition covered outside area to BBQ out the other door Behind the kitchen and off the dining area is the laundry, washer/dryer area.

All three bedrooms connect off the hallway. Hallway and bedroom are all carpeted in Berber carpet. The master bedroom which has a queen size bed also has a separate vanity area as well as the master bathroom attached. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and mirrored sliding closet doors.

The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and accordion closet door Wall air condition units in each bedroom as well as ceiling fans in each bedroom as well as ceiling fans in almost all other rooms of the home. The 2nd bathroom consists of stall shower, toilet and sink. Home comes fully furnished from pots and pans to linen, towels, beachtowels and more. This is a solar heated house. All this and only 1 block from the beach/ocean. Fabulous home away from home.
