Our Waterfront Condo was fully renovated in 2007. It is complete with Granite counters, New 18in Tile floors, new cabinets, new appliances. The unit is tastefully furnished and styled with a key west color scheme. There is a 6x12 balcony which is great for enjoying the breeze. This is a second floor unit with stairs. There is a shared laundry facility on the second floor. It is shared between 6 units of which there is usually only 4 occupied.

We have dock space available that can accommodate up to a 23ft boat, it is first come first serve on the reservation of slips so reserve yours early. Unfortunately you are not permitted to store a trailer on site or a pick up truck for that matter. You would have to rent a spot at a local storage facility. We have a single kayak that we would be willing to allow an interested guest to use with advance notice.

Our unit is less then 2 miles from the beach and is within walking distance to most everything you would need including dining, shopping, parks.

The condo complex enjoys a shared heated pool right on the water. You can enjoy the dolphins and manatees coming into the warm water of the canal to play.
