Beautiful One Bedroom (with A/C), one bath, cottage with pullout couch in Living Room area, fully equipped kitchenette, Plus Outdoor Shower, on a quiet cove off Peconic Bay. Cottage is heated for late Fall and early winter guests. Bar-b-que, enjoy relaxing on the deck overlooking a lovely garden, have cocktails on the dock while viewing fabulous sunsets, breathing in fresh, healthy, clean air. Great for water activities in warm weather: hunt for crabs, go clamming, rowing, kayaking, swimming, etc.
Other times visit the vineyards, shop the local farm stands, walk through quaint little towns with lovely shops and art galleries, or drive 15 minutes in either direction to visit charming Greenport or Riverhead where you can shop at Tanger Outlets, visit the Aquarium or go to Splish Splash Water Park. We're located in Cutchogue, a short distance to great restaurants, beautiful beaches, vistas, and vineyards. Charges & Availability: $200/night for a couple AND two children (2 children under 12 accompanied by parents stay free) Additional children = Additional charge. Extra adults = Extra charge. Children 18 or over are considered adults! $300/night for two couples or four adults. Bring your own linens and take $25 off the first night only! Will consider well behaved pets for additional charge. Available nightly (during the week only), Two night weekends (unless it is a three day holiday weekend), Weekly or longer.
