The pool house overlooks the private swimming pool. It is not large and contains a studio kitchen and bath. An L-shaped area contains a double bed, bunks and a double hide-a-bed. The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and you can easily walk to anything you need. The home is fully equipped and a resident caretaker is on site.
