The living room of our tastefully decorated Kissimmee villa rental includes cable TV, DVD player and VCR for your pleasurable stay. This villa includes a bright and airy kitchen fully equipped with everything that you need for a quick snack or family feast. The family room opens to the south-facing deck and spa pool area with a pool fence for added safety. This "sunspot" is the perfect place to soak in the sun or cool off in the sparkling spa-pool.

There is an Olympic-sized pool, hot tub, kiddies' pool, fitness center, billiard room, 50 seat cinema/theatre, tennis court, volleyball and basketball courts, and even a small convenience store, all within a short walk from this Kissimmee villa near Disneyworld.

* If your stay is less than 7 nights an additional $80 surcharge is made for cleaning.
