To confirm your reservation it’s necessary to pay a deposit of 30% of the total  rent  (no restitution in case of missing or cancellation).   

At the arrival the renter will make the payment of the stay and a security deposit, ammount of 20% of the total rent, to guarantee eventuals damages caused on the real estate and on its objects. If no need, the fund will return to the renter upon departure. 

Low Season : May 1 > June 30 //// September 15 > December 14

High Season : January 7 > April 30 //// July 1 > September 14

Very High Season : Dicembre 14 > January 6 //// March 15 > March 30
