This unit sleeps nine, in beds! New for 2008-09 ski season: Queen bed, twin and trundle beds, Hot tub, Gas BBQ, paint & fluffy towels! Intrawest has also spent billions on the mountain. The town has also added a skate park and outdoor music arena. Downhill at Winter Park/Mary Jane or Sol Vista for the kids and beginners. The ski shuttle will even drop you off at your door.This unit will hold two families, Max 9 people can sleep here. The cozy living room has a new microfiber suede sleeper couch (queen size). The first bedroom is on the first level with its own bathroom. The second and master bedrooms are on the top floor with a full bathroom and laundry area.

Great place for kids: Lots to do at the base of the mountain during summer. Longest Alpine slide in the world! Bungee jumping, human maze, mini golf, concerts, hot air ballooning. Fishing, golfing, mountain biking. Rodeo on Saturday nights and a new theater company Thurs - Sunday. Drive to Rocky Mountain Nat. Park and Grand Lake a must! Grand lake has main street that is right out to the movies! Lined with neat shops, restaurants, bars & theater. It has wooden sidewalks, mini golf and the best ice cream. The lake is great for swimming, fishing and sailing. They even have a guided tour around the lake! A drink at the Grandlake resort above the town makes you feel like your in Europe. It has a view of all three lakes, a pool, out door bar and hosts several weddings in the Summer.
Hot Sulfer springs: Its a quick 25 min drive to Hot Sulfer springs. They have 25 hot pools, five kid pools and a large 'cool' pool in the summer. The massages are a must and the food is good!
Hunting in the fall!: Hunters! I have spotted bull moose and several large bucks just 100 yards from this unit. We even have bear tracks in the town. Out door shooting range west of hot sulfur springs - Free. Put in for a permit and pull down a big one. The fishing is great too!
Ski: Winter Park & Mary Jane have 100's of great runs. You can also drive to Sol Vista for the beginners. There are two cross country areas just minutes from this condo. The free shuttle is for Winter Park and Fraiser.
Golf: There are two great 18 hole golf Courses in Grand County. A third will open Summer of 2008.
Guest Book: Take a walk from this unit and see the wild life. Beaver ponds, trout, owls, ravens, deer & Elk. Hunters, book early for fall! Lots of moose have been spotted just 50 yards from this unit. We even have bear! The colors are great in the fall and the prices are low too.
