We recommend Mesa!

We made our last visit to the southwest a little more highbrow with a visit to Mesa, Arizona. Part of the Phoenix metropolitan area, Mesa had a great deal to offer to our family. No matter what you are seeking, from rest and relaxation to fun in the desert sun, Mesa will always leave you wanting to come back for more.

One of the largest cities in the state of Arizona, Mesa was filled with adventure no matter where we turned. There was the Mesa Arts Center which presented grand performances year round, and which has helped to turn the city into an artistic hub within the state. There were also many museums to discover and enjoy while visiting this great city.

For those wishing to enjoy the beauty of the desert, Mesa offers multiple ways to enjoy the great outdoors. Spend time hiking the trails just outside of the city, and of course, there is always some great golf to be found. For those who do not mind getting wet, the grand Salt River offers some great tubing possibilities. It was our own little oasis within the desert.

No vacation is complete without a bit of shopping, and the Superstition Springs Center gives you just that opportunity.
