About Jackson Hole Area

Jackson Hole, Wyoming is situated amid the mountains of the Teton Range and the surrounding mountains. The Teton Range rises over 7000 feet, and provides for incredible vistas. The trails here range from small hikes to trails taking days to complete. Summer views are great along the trails, with wildflowers in meadows, noisy streams, rocky canyons, and large lakes.

Jackson Hole is also one of the top skiing locations in the US. The world famous Jackson Hole Ski Resort features activities such as deep powder skiing. Experts and beginners alike can feel at home here. Over 400 acres make up the Snow King Ski Resort. Night skiing is one of the chief attractions here.

From Jackson Hole, you can head to the Yellowstone National Park. Yellowstone is the largest National Park in the lower 48 states, with 2.2 million acres. The most famous 'resident' of the park is the Old Faithful geyser, that erupts approximately every 65 minutes.
